Our principals and their associated experiences and knowledge of various building design and construction, coupled with the end users concerns, knowledge and attitudes on architecture and the surrounding community, will allow our firm to develop creative solutions which are both practical and economical. Efficient planning is required to allow the developer to effectively implement desired programs. Appropriate materials, equipment and finishes are required to eliminate the burden of excessive maintenance and operational costs. Our firm is critically aware of problems, such as leaky roofs, inadequate storefront metals and inappropriate finishes, which in the end, will determine the success or failure of the project to the surrounding community. The highest level of design and technology is applied to projects through continuous personal involvement of the Principal in Charge and the Project Architect. These primary team members remain active during all phases of the project, providing technical assistance in the conceptual and developmental design phases as well as providing design input during the documentation and construction phases. The Principal in Charge is the primary contact from the first day of work through completion of the project.
