Starting with renovations in 1987, this Charlotte, NC urban home has been transformed into a modern office building, providing appropriate atmosphere for four distinct areas. Planning, programming, schematics, concept design, final design and all construction activities were by our firm. The architectural and structural design was revised to bring light into the building and open the interior spaces. The basement was upfitted into conditioned space.
