This Sumter, SC Comfort Suite has 65 Units of varying size. The most technically challenging feature of the facility was the indoor swimming pool/spa/fitness center, requiring special humidity controls and materials. It features a two story open space lobby/entry.

Additional features of the Sumter Comfort Suites include: 1) Porte Cochere & entry canopy detailing brick and roof features (above left). 2) Lobby area featuring solid cherry hardwood floors, columns and front desk. Classic look conceals state-of-the-art computer and security system (above right). 3) The stock car was raced by the owner in his “younger” days.
