The N. Charleston Wingate Inn Hotel, N. Charleston, SC is a four story Wingate Inn and has 100 guest rooms with a two story lobby, meeting facilities, open continental breakfast area, Porte Cochere, swimming pool and custom spa. The Hotel was constructed with a light gage metal framed super structure with a synthetic stucco exterior. The structure had to be designed to resist both Hurricane and Earthquake forces.
