The four story Charleston SC Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel has 121 guest rooms and a two story atrium lobby finished with hardwood floors and custom millwork in the “Low Country” style prevalent throughout the Charleston area. Meeting facilities can comfortably accommodate up to 200 people. Porte Cochere and Continental Breakfast ceilings are vaulted and feature custom designed hardwood trusses. The building has a metal framed super structure with a synthetic stucco exterior, standing seam metal roof and Bermuda shutters. The structure had to be designed to resist both Hurricane and Earthquake forces.

The interior Continental Breakfast area (left) features a see through rock fireplace and vaulted ceiling dramatized with custom designed hardwood trusses and beaded ceiling.

The Pool Courtyard (right) features custom pool with Bomanite colored/stamped concrete, type seating, trellis vine features, barbeque pit area, Bermuda shutters and health club.
